Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Item must include original packaging

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the desired item is not available, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

  • Engraved items
  • Clearance or discounted items

These items are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
